1. Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused clothing items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Worn, washed, or damaged items.

Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel due to hygiene reasons.

Final sale or clearance items.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to stock availability).

If the desired size is unavailable, you will receive a refund instead.
