1. Returns

  • You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused clothing items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Worn, washed, or damaged items.

    • Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel due to hygiene reasons.

    • Final sale or clearance items.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

3. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to stock availability).

  • If the desired size is unavailable, you will receive a refund instead.
