What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery within Egypt usually takes 2–5 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! If the size you want is in stock, we’ll be happy to exchange it.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, KOVE operates online only. All orders are placed through our website and delivered directly to your door.
