1. General Care Instructions

  • Always check the care label attached to your garment before washing.

  • Wash similar colors together to avoid color transfer.

  • Avoid overloading the washing machine to reduce fabric stress.

  • Do not use harsh detergents or bleach unless the label specifically allows it.

2. Washing & Drying

  • Machine Wash: Use gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water (30°C).

  • Hand Wash: Recommended for delicate fabrics such as silk, lace, or embellished pieces.

  • Drying: Air-dry garments flat or on a hanger. Avoid direct sunlight for dark colors.

  • Tumble Dry: Only if the care label permits; otherwise, avoid to prevent shrinkage.

3. Ironing & Steaming

  • Always check the care label for heat settings.

  • Use a low to medium heat setting for cotton and blends.

  • Use a pressing cloth for delicate fabrics.

  • Steaming is recommended for delicate items instead of ironing.

4. Special Fabrics

  • Wool & Knitwear: Hand wash in cold water or dry clean. Lay flat to dry to keep shape.

  • Denim: Wash inside out in cold water; avoid frequent washing to preserve color.

  • Silk: Dry clean or hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent.

  • Activewear: Wash cold and air dry to maintain elasticity.

KOVE is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or handling of garments outside the recommended care instructions. Following these guidelines helps ensure your clothing remains in the best possible condition.
